Our technology utilizes a dynamic bidding process to set and/or negotiate payment terms DIRECTLY between Users for each gig job. As a result of eliminating middleman recruiters, job ads or staffing agency fees – professionals  get paid more for each gig and employers save a huge bundle on overhead cost. 

The platform is designed and available for everyone who has a valid license or a certificate to provide services in the healthcare field. Even though our initial focus is to serve Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA), Nurses, and Medical Assistants – there is a daily growing demand for Therapists, technicians and home health aides. All types of healthcare professionals are encouraged to register on the platform! It is FREE! It will maximize opportunities for being matched with a specific gig job.

All information is encrypted and stored in secured data centers that meet security best practices. None of the personal user information is shared with or sold to any third party. Being a trusted platform is our most sacred value.

Yes. To protect the integrity, authenticity, and most of all trust in the GigDeal Health platform, we do our own due diligence on all professionals and businesses/employers without exception before they are allowed to utilize bidding function on the marketplace.

Yes. Any person or organization may generate passive referral income via royalty payments from each completed gig job, as long as the job was posted and processed on the platform. If you believe you can refer a minimum of 10 professionals and/or businesses, please send an e-mail to contact@gigdealhealth.com to request your custom affiliate referral code. 

GigDeal Health is FREE to create a user profile, upload and manage credentials, browse or find matched gig jobs and get paid directly into your bank account. There is no catch. Our business model is simple: the business pays a minimum “booking fee” per each gig  job completed within any 24 hour period. Some gigs with higher dollar value have additional overage added.

It depends on what type of professional you are seeking, in addition to your specialty (if applicable), geographic location and setting. 

The payment terms are negotiated and set directly between the healthcare professional and the business via GigDeal Health’s dynamic bidding process. As the business, you may post a gig job with payment terms you are willing to pay, or you may leave the payment amount open for the matched professional to bid on. If a professional makes a bid, you may simply accept it, or counter it with your desired payment amount. 

There is no minimum duration for a gig job. It may be as short as few minutes or as long as 24 hours. Some gigs may be hourly, and others may be per task, per patient or per specific volume of work. Consecutive working days are registered as a linked series of individual gigs. 

After both the business and the professional confirm that the gig job was completed, GigDeal Health will collect from the business the full payment amount that was agreed to be paid to the professional via the bidding process, plus our applicable “booking fee”. A refundable deposit may be required for some businesses. GigDeal Health will forward the payment directly to the professional, making it seamless and hassle-free for the business.

First, register with the basic business or practice information and create your profile password. Then, submit the minimum required documentation for verification. Businesses seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants/Associates may be required to submit collaborating or supervising physician documents for additional verification. Banking information will only be required after a match is made with a professional, and you want to accept the payment terms or counter bid on it.

Professional FAQs

The payment terms are negotiated and set directly between the professional and the business via the proprietary dynamic bidding process. If you are matched with a gig and the employer has not provided a proposed payment amount, you may submit your own desired amount for the job. If the business posted a proposed payment amount, you may accept it or submit a counter bid with your desired amount. 

Workers get paid weekly via direct deposit.

We do not share or sell any personal user information or specific transaction details.

It depends on your license or certificate type, specialty (if applicable), geographic location or setting preference. It is possible to get verified and matched with a posted gig job within 48 hours after all the required documentation has been uploaded and your profile is completely verified.

NOTE: Your banking information where your direct deposit payment to be sent will only be required after you are matched with a gig job, and you want to accept it or bid on it.
